How to Make Energy Bites
Add the oatmeal, vanilla, peanut butter, and honey to a large bowl or food processor.
Stir until everything is fully combined and the mixture holds together when pressed.
Fold in your mix-ins of choice, cocoa powder, cacao nibs, or chocolate chips all work well.
Roll the mixture into small balls, about a tablespoon each.
Freeze or refridgerate on a parchement lined tray until firmed up
