Homemade All-Purpose Mix for Pancakes, Waffles, & Muffins
This homemade all-purpose pancake and waffle mix is a simple bulk mix to keep on hand for easy family breakfasts. It uses a full 10-pound bag of white flour, whole wheat flour, powdered milk, baking powder, and salt, so the dry mix is ready whenever you want pancakes or waffles.
This is especially helpful for busy homeschool mornings, Sabbath prep, or seasons when you want breakfast to be simple but still homemade.

Ingredients:
1 10-pound bag of white/all-purpose flour (We often use the organic bags from Costco)
14 cups whole wheat flour
7 cups powdered milk
1 cup baking powder
3 tablespoons salt
Instructions:
Add the white flour, whole wheat flour, powdered milk, baking powder, and salt to a very large food-safe container or bucket.
Stir thoroughly until everything is evenly combined.
Store in an airtight container. Use for pancakes or waffles as needed.
How to Use:
Scoop out the amount of dry mix you need for pancakes or waffles.
Notes:
Because this is a very large batch, mix thoroughly so the baking powder and salt are evenly distributed.
